What type of Ninja Foodi is used for these recipes?

These recipes will be made with a Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker; however, you can make some with various Ninja Foodi products. My personal favorite though is the Multi-Cooker, so it’s the one that I use the most.
The Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker has a variety of functions including pressure cooker, air fryer (air crisp), bake, roast, saute, and slow cooker. It can take the place of almost ALL of your other appliances.
The air fryer, pressure cooker, and saute function will be the most used functions for these beef recipes. Each recipe will cover the methods used such as pressure cooking on high pressure or air frying. Some recipes will use a combination of pressure cooker and air frying to create a delicious meal.
Is the Ninja Foodi Worth it?

The worth of the Ninja Foodi is all going to depend on your personal preference and how much you use it. We use ours daily, multiple times a day in fact, so it’s beyond worth it.
It’s a lot less work than getting the oven ready and stove, we can quickly make meals in one-pot which is just overall a time saver. It’s also very similar to the Instant Pot. I’ve found you usually love one or the other.
I never really like the Instant Pot or got into it…but the Ninja Foodi? It’s my FAVORITE…and I don’t know what it is about it, but I just prefer it over the Instant Pot.
Can you cook frozen meat in the Ninja Foodi?

Frozen meat can be pressure cooked in the Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker first, then proceed with the rest of the recipe. This will quickly defrost the meat.
If you simply want to get nice crispy meat, just pressure cook and then air crisp to get it nice and crispy on the outside. This works well for steak or chicken.

- Always use a meat thermometer – It’s important to use a meat thermometer to be sure each cut of beef is cooked to the appropriate temperature, these will be indicated in the instructions of each recipe.
