Enjoy a delicious low-carb meal with these Ninja Foodi Steak and Vegetable Bowls! These can be made easily using an Air Fryer!
It’s officially the week school starts for us, my kids head back on Thursday and we’ll have a 1st grader and 5th grader! Y’all…I know I say this a lot but my son was only 1 when I started this website. ONE! It honestly blows my mind that I’ve been doing this for that long, plus that he’s that old.
My daughter wasn’t even around yet, now she’s going into 1st grade. My son was only in 1st grade when we started going to this particular school.
I remember when he started thinking about how long it would be until my daughter would be in 1st grade. Now, I blinked and she’s starting 1st grade.
I have to say that as much as I really do miss cuddling babies, I am enjoying the independence that comes along with the stage we are moving into. Now, the tween stage, I’m still on the fence about with the emotions but being able to just hop in the car and go places is kind of nice.
Now the only nap I’m trying to juggle is my own…kidding…sort of!
In the midst of school starting, my Ninja Foodi is going into overdrive because we have so many activities to balance as well. I’ve been posting quite a bit of recipes these past few weeks using the Ninja Foodi, but let me break down some questions for you.
What is a Ninja Foodi?
Let’s talk about this Ninja Foodi appliance, the Ninja Foodi is an all in one appliance.
What does this mean?
It can be your Instant Pot or Pressure Cooker, Air Fryer, Oven, Slow Cooker, and more…ALL IN ONE! It’s literally replaced all of my appliances. I use it regularly, so much so I may end up having to replace it eventually because I may just wear it out, but hopefully not. They do last a long time.
It’s the perfect appliance for Ninja Foodi Steak and Vegetable Bowls.
Do you need a Ninja Foodi for Air Fryer Steak and Vegetable Bowls?
NOPE! This can be made with your air fryer, my Ninja Foodi is my air fryer hence the reason I use it for this.
What steak should you use for Ninja Foodi Steak and Vegetable Bowls?
We like to use Kansas City Strip Steaks for this dish, they are a great thickness and easy to chew. I find they aren’t quite as tough as other cuts of steak.
As for seasoning, use your favorite steak seasoning for these just a sprinkle goes a long way for seasoning!
Now, are you ready for an easy low-carb meal? These Ninja Foodi Steak and Vegetable Bowls are a great recipe to add to your list of Ninja Foodi Recipes.
This is also a great Air Fryer Beef Recipe too!

I made this last night and my family loved it. I substituted yellow peppers for the green and served in over rice for my family. It was a huge hit, I highly recommended the recipe. The only thing is there is a ton of chopping so maybe save it for a Saturday
