Ninja Foodi Steak and Vegetable Bowls are perfect for a low-carb diet, plus easy to make in an air fryer!

Ingredients

KC Strip Steaks

Red Bell Pepper
Diced

Green Bell Pepper
Diced

Yellow Squash
Diced

Cup
Mushroom
Sliced
1/4
Cup
White Onion
Diced

Tbsp
Steak Seasoning
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Instructions
Cut the steak into smaller cubed chunks.
Spray the basket of the air fryer or ninja foodi basket.
Place the steaks and vegetables in the air fryer or ninja foodi basket.
Sprinkle evenly with the seasoning.
Spray with olive oil spray.
Cook for 7 minutes on 390 degrees.
Carefully open the lid and stir and mix the ingredients, coat with additional olive oil spray.
Cook for an additional 8 minutes at 390 degrees or until done to your preference.
Notes
All air fryers heat differently, be sure to check it as instructed halfway through the cooking time to be sure you do not overcook.
