Which gluten-free flour should you use?
I use Better Batter Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour for EVERYTHING.
In full disclosure, I have been writing menu plans for them for a lot of years. This flour though is absolutely wonderful and it works as a 1:1 switch in any recipe.
We don’t even have regular flour in our home, all I use is this one.
If you do not use this one though, any 1:1 gluten-free all-purpose flour can be used for these recipes.
