It never ceases to amaze me how just not too long ago, it wasn’t this way. Have you stopped to think about how social media has changed our lives?
It’s literally changed everything and in relatively a short time.
I started this blog 8 years ago and at that time, I didn’t own a smart phone. We barely had texting and you certainly did not get your latest news headlines on social media.
Now, who actually watches TV? Everyone is streaming something somehow.
Just amazing, truly how quickly things have changed. Makes me truly wonder about what life will be like in just 5 years from now.

What Gluten-Free Flour Should you Use?
I use Better Batter Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour for EVERYTHING.
In full disclosure, I have been writing menu plans for them for a lot of years. This flour though is absolutely wonderful and it works as a 1:1 switch in any recipe.
