It’s February and time for a Weekly Menu Plan!
Can you believe it’s February?! I have to admit though, I’m glad this is a short month and we are almost to March. March is when spring really starts around here. I know for many it isn’t that way, but in Oklahoma, normally we can expect spring is coming.
I’m so ready for spring. This cold and flu season has been rough for just about every single person in the US, and I am certainly ready to be over that now!
As we inch closer to the spring, that also means some of our activities wrap up, like basketball. As much as I enjoy it, I’m ready to have a few days back in our schedule without busy activities in the evenings. We will be able to get started on riding lessons too, which I’m looking forward to.
Do you have plans this February? Maybe skiing? I know that’s what my husband wishes he was doing. In the midst of that though, we are still using our slow cooker like crazy. I’ve also fallen in love with the Air Fryer. I think I am using that now more than anything else. Have you tried an Air Fryer? It’s just 10 steps past amazing. I’m adding a recipe this week on the menu using it too. If you don’t have one though, feel free to just make it in the skillet or fry as you normally would if you prefer too.
