Friday Favorite: Banana Pizzazz Pancakes

I just love these Banana Pizzazz Pancakes.  Maybe it’s the sprinkles that I love the most, but at least there is some fruit in them too.  Enjoy these for breakfast this weekend!

Healthy Remix: Chicken Fajitas

One of my favorite healthy dinners is Chicken Fajitas.  I love these because you can add as many veggies as you want to them.  The recipe that I have for Chicken Fajitas is already a low fat recipe; however, to make it even healthier add additional veggies or serve it with a side of roasted veggies instead of rice.

Pinterest Project: Failure

I ask myself this question this past year right before I put in my notice at my job, then I realized I was running because I was afraid of failure.  I had to embrace my dreams from the aspect of doing it without fearing failure.  Obviously, not everything goes as planned and some things may fall apart but not everything.

 This is wonderful thought and perfect as we embark on the new year.

If you have a dream just sitting there that you are too afraid to see through because of failure, start asking yourself this thought above.  If you knew you could not fail, would you go after it?

Start dreaming, friends.
