It’s seriously the last week of February, anyone else a little shocked by that?
We are almost to spring! YAY! Of course, that comes with a whole bunch of tornadoes here in Oklahoma, plus I have to clean out the storm shelter…but still I’m ready.
I actually don’t mind winter, if we could get a little snow. The sickness though this past month has been so bad, I’m ready for spring and less sickness.
Plus, we are gearing up for our vacation too, which the countdown is on. We will be visiting Disney World, Hollywood Studios, and Discovery Cove.
I’m most excited about Discovery Cove. Have you been there? I’m anxious to get to swim with the dolphins.
In the meantime though, it’s all about menu planning and simple meals. We actually just finished up basketball season, so now I feel like we have our weeks back. No more doubling up on activities during the week, each kid has 1 a week and on different days…YAY!
I’m so ready for that, it’s been a very exhausting 4 months with both kids having activities on the same night.
We survived though, so all is good!
We are also heading into the final quarter of school, it’s not far away for us. We have a couple of weeks and then it’s the final quarter. Where does the time go? I swear once the kids get into the school age, it all speeds up.
My son will be in his final year of elementary next year. He was only 1 year old when I started this website. It seems like another lifetime ago!
