Enjoy a sweet treat with this Ninja Foodi Banana Bread, it can be made gluten-free too!
Once I made the Ninja Foodi Pumpkin Bread, I knew I had to try banana bread next. Of course, I’m already tempted to make the pumpkin bread again…it’s not too early…right?
Ninja Foodi Banana Bread is made with the “bake/roast” function of the Ninja Foodi. It’s easy to make in a bundt pan, we use this 6-Cup Nordic Ware Bundt Cake.
This recipe is perfectly portioned to fit in this particular bundt cake pan. Once you have the batter in the pan, I place it right on top of the wire rack in the lowest position and then bake it right in the Ninja Foodi.
This banana bread didn’t even last a day…it was that good!
How do you make Gluten-Free Ninja Foodi Banana Bread?
This is very easy to make gluten-free with a simple swap of your favorite gluten-free all-purpose flour. I used Better Batter to make our bread; however, any 1:1 gluten-free flour will do.
Once you make this swap, the other ingredients are naturally gluten-free.
Tips for Making Ninja Foodi Banana Bread:
As I said before, be sure to use the bundt pan or a similar pan that fits into your Ninja Foodi.
Every bread recipe that I’ve made in the Ninja Foodi is typically done at 40 minutes. I do recommend checking yours around 30 minutes because I’ve found that some of the Ninja Foodi machines heat differently.

Comments & Reviews
can this be made in loaf pan? If so how long in ninja pressure cooked with water bath? Thank you.
It can be made in a different sized pan, but the cooking time will vary. I’ve never done this as a pressure cooker recipe, so that would be something you’d have to research. Here is a recipe that does pressure cook – https://temeculablogs.com/pressure-cooker-banana-bread/
