What is the Ninja Creami?
The Ninja Creami is the latest kitchen appliance, it’s an Ice Cream Maker, and just like the Ninja Foodi it does more than just make ice cream. They now have a few different models, the latest is the Ninja Creami Deluxe.
The Ninja Creami can easily help you make ice cream, sorbets, gelato, milkshakes, smoothie bowls, protein shakes, and much more! The sky is the limit as far as what you can do with the Ninja Creami.

The full ingredient list will be found in the recipe card below.
What happens when your Ninja Creami Ice Cream is crumbly?
Lastly, the MOST IMPORTANT tip I’ve discovered over using ours is that sometimes when you first spin it in your machine, it will come out crumbly and not at all like the consistency of ice cream.
If this happens, add 1-2 Tbsp of milk to the mixture and then blend it again on the ICE CREAM function.
Tips for Making Ninja Creami Vanilla Ice Cream:
This recipe will begin by using the Ninja Creami pint container. Add all of the ingredients except your mix-ins and then whisk up the ingredients, make sure to get all around the bottom of the pin container so that everything is combined.
The milk needs to be poured until it reaches the max fill line. Once your pint is filled with the ingredients, secure the storage lid and place it on a flat surface or level surface in the freezer for a full 24 hours.
The next day, remove the storage lid and place it into the outer bowl assembly along with the outer bowl lid. Secure all of the parts in place per your user manual.
Then, select the Ice Cream Button and let it mix until it’s complete. At this point, if you prefer more of a soft serve, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk and then churn it again using the ice cream button. This would give it a soft-serve consistency.
Once done, make a hole down the middle of the ice cream and add in your favorite mix-ins, then use the mix-in button to fully mix the ice cream.
This vanilla base is the perfect choice for making other flavors like Strawberries and Cream or Cookies and Cream. These can be made by adding in either strawberries or Oreos.
