The homemade version of baking mix uses butter and the Gluten-Free Bisquick version does not, which may be why it works so well with almost all Bisquick recipes.

How long can you store homemade baking mix or homemade Bisquick?
Start by making this version of Gluten-Free Baking Mix.
Once you have it made and prepared, you can store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 months.
It’s best to right the date on your container so that you remember how long it’s been in the fridge. Then, once you are ready to whip up some pancakes or biscuits, you have it ready!
