What is Whole30?
In a nutshell, the Whole30 Program removes specific foods over the course of 30 days, to do a reset of your body and discover how foods personally affect you or which ones may cause inflammation.
As this program has become increasingly popular, there are actually quite a few products you can now pick up in the store that are Whole30 friendly, but if you need some pointers, be sure to check out more on what you can and can’t eat on Whole30.

Whole30 Ninja Foodi Recipes
Remember that when using the Ninja Foodi it can actually be used as a pressure cooker, air fryer, slow cooker, and more. That means you can use Instant Pot, Air Fryer, and Crock-Pot recipes simply by converting them to your Ninja Foodi.
They will be cooked exactly as written but simply use the correct function.
That means if you see Instant Pot in a recipe, simply use the Pressure Cooker Function of the Ninja Foodi along with the correct lid.
If you see Air Fryer, use the Air Crisp Function. Then, for the slow cooker or crockpot meals use the slow cooker function.
It’s even possible to saute in the Ninja Foodi as well, you can do just about anything in this particular appliance.
