Get ready for the week with a weekly menu plan!
This weekly menu plan is going to help you plan exactly what you need for the week. That means you will not have to worry about, “What’s for dinner”, questions because you already have it planned.
Menu Planning does not have to be stressful, it’s simply a way to strategize the week with what you have on hand along with what you need to pick up at the store.
The Menu I will be sharing features a variety of meals from slow cooker to instant pot and air fryer recipes. It will also include traditional recipes and grilled recipes as well. It’s a nice variety.
How should you menu plan?
There are so many ways you can use the menu plan. If you prefer to use it as is, then simply plan out every meal with what I have below. If you want to just simply add some new recipes to your menu each week, that’s what I highly recommend.
It’s always a great idea to just pick at least 1 new recipe each week and add it to your menu. This allows your family to get some new recipes into the rotation and try some recipes out that you may not have otherwise tried.
I also suggest adding in some leftover nights if you use up leftovers throughout the week or eating out too. It’s a good idea to plan those nights in or give yourself some room for nights like that so that you do not overbuy at the store.
Lastly, always plan from what you have in your fridge and freezer already, this way you use what you have and cut down cost on buying things you don’t need too!
