Get the week started with a Weekly Menu Plan!
Happy Easter! Does anyone else feel like Easter is super late this year? Although I feel that way, I actually prefer it like this. It feels much more like spring than when it ends up in March and freezing.
We do a big Easter lunch and egg hunt today with the family, so we are busy getting ready for that today; however, of course, you need a menu plan too, right?
We will likely have lots of ham to use up throughout the week as well, so I’m adding in a few ham based recipes too.
As soon as we head back to school tomorrow, we have just a little less than 4 weeks to go and school is out! That just seems unbelievable to me, my kids will finish up the year and soon I’ll have a 1st and 5th grader.
Ya’ll…my son is going into his last year of elementary and I just can’t even. He was ONE, just a baby when I started this website and now he’s finishing up elementary next year. I’m going to blink and it will be high school. It really does go that fast.

Sometimes I feel like I look back at the past 10 years and don’t even know where the time went, it was just that fast.
If your kids are little, soak it all, really soak it all in because it truly does go as quickly as everyone says it does.
