I hope you all are having a good start to 2017! So far, I’m staying on track with my diet and my workouts, that’s a plus. I’m trying to rework some of the recipes I’ve shared in the past to make them much more diet friendly, so you’ll likely see some new ones here soon that have more veggies and less carbs.
