Happy New Year! I hope your 2018 is starting off well. So far, I have got some work done and gone to the gym today. Then, it’s off to finish up some appointments for the kids before we head back to school tomorrow. We enjoyed our break but I’m ready to get back to routine and back to work too.
I was able to actually take some time off completely, which is nice given that when you work for yourself it’s hard to do that. Thankfully, it quiets done around Christmas, so I was able to take a week or so off too. I’m rested and full of ideas that I’m anxious to get started on for this upcoming year. One of them is continuing on with these menu plans because I feel like it’s a great way to generate new ideas and recipes especially when trying to eat better too.
