Many of you know my journey starting right at the beginning of this year discovering that I have a gluten intolerance. My saving grace in this journey has been Udi’s Gluten Free Foods. I have been able to successfully continue eating delicious hamburgers, hot dogs, pizzas, breads, cookies, bagels, and muffins all thanks to Udi’s Gluten Free Foods!
Their products are unbelievably similar to traditional breads. This past month, I was blessed by Udi’s when I received a box of all of their products to try.
Of course, when I opened this box the first thing I noticed were the cookies, be sure to read my review on those here. The Millet-Chia bread is now my favorite that Udi’s makes; however, my local grocery store only carries whole grain and white, so I rarely have it.
This granola is fabulous, my only hope is that they will have some without nuts as that is an issue for me. I did use this granola to make our Peach Parfaits, which my husband and son loved.
The pizza crust came in very handy especially on nights when I’m making a regular pizza for my husband and son. I did do one using the Udi’s crust for all of us and my husband thought it was better than regular pizza crust. He seems to really be loving the gluten free foods, which is a blessing for me!
Overall, I have not tried anything from Udi’s that I did not immediately fall in love with. The one item that I cannot go without is their Blueberry Muffins. I have tried to recreate those at home with no success, the Udi’s Blueberry Muffins simply are fabulous. If you see me at the grocery store, you will always see those in my cart!
Have you tried Udi’s? What is your favorite product?
Disclosure: Udi’s sent me all of these products to try and review. All the thoughts and opinions are my own.

Blueberry muffins are my faves. I pack them and take them with me when I travel. Finding GF breakfast is HARD!
I agree! I’m actually planning to do that next week on a trip!
Kristy, I’m so excited you received this package to try. I have written to you before about Udi’s. I worked for Udi for a year and a half until I had to have surgery. Udi only uses the very best quality products. I used to get fresh pizza dough straight from Master Baker Maurizio. Udi gave his office staff free lunches everyday. My favorite bread was sourdough, my favorite granola was one I suggested he start making, the Hawaiian, and I loved his salad from the lunch catering, the goat cheese mango chicken salad. Mixed greens, grilled chicken, chunks of soft goat cheese, cranberries, almonds, mango salsa, and I ate this with soy ginger dressing. The dressing that normally comes with the salad is orange balsamic dressing. Every salad came with a slice of his bread. If you are ever in Denver, you should go to one of his cafe’s. Everything he does is scratch made.
