Just in time for Father’s Day, steaks are a must have! I’m sharing these Honey Glazed Steaks in partnership with Kansas City Steak Company, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
What better way to say ‘I LOVE YOU, DAD’ than by serving him a delicious steak? I know that’s my husband’s favorite and it’s always a must for Father’s Day. It’s one of those easy things to do too, even better when you get 15% off with Kansas City Steak Company, simply use the code MOMMYFD17 and you will get 15% off. Just be sure to place your order by June 13th to get it in time. Now, my husband’s favorite is the Filet Mignon, and I have to admit it’s my favorite too. It’s so tender and juicy.
This past week, I decided to glaze our steaks with equal parts honey and olive oil mixture, then I sprinkled the steaks with the seasoning packet that’s included and they were bursting with flavor. I love ours medium well, but how do you cook them? I can’t do rare, but I definitely am not a fan of well done either. I like them right in the middle with just a touch of pink. My husband prefers his extra well done. I just think a good steak doesn’t need steak sauce, don’t you?

One thing that I enjoy about Kansas City Steak Company is that they deliver right to your doorstep. I love that you can easily order them online and then have them ready to go by Father’s Day. I’m a bit of a steak snob and am pretty particular, I’ve grown very loyal to these, I really haven’t found any that beat them. So, for Father’s Day, I love having my dad over and cooking steaks for my husband and him. It’s always so relaxing to just let the kids play and enjoy time together outside. It seems like on Mother’s Day, we always go out to eat, but Father’s Day we do at home and that’s exactly how the dads in my life want it!
Now, here is your chance to win!
