Tips for Making Homemade Taco Seasoning:
This can be used immediately or stored in an airtight container in the pantry. It will last quite a while just as the seasonings you used in it will too.
When you are ready to serve it, use 2 Tbsp of seasoning per 1 pound of meat, and add about 1/3 cup of water to it as well when adding to ground beef.
If you are making fajitas, I like to just sprinkle it on top of the chicken and not add water to it as you will see in the recipes mentioned below. This seasoning is absolutely perfect for fajitas.
Stay tuned for more easy seasonings to have on hand too.
What can you use Homemade Taco Seasoning for?
A classic is this Slow Cooker Beef Taco Soup, which I highly suggest!
