As I go throughout this pregnancy, I am realizing that I need to get my eating habits in check. I started out my pregnancy barely being able to keep food down, so I really did not have to keep track of what I was eating. Now, I’m starting to crave lots of carbs and sweets with little protein. The perfect solution for this is many of these healthy smoothies from Cooking Light.
One that immediately caught my attention is the Peanut Butter, Banana, and Flax Smoothie this one is sure to give me a little bit of sweet with a lot of protein. Another issue for me has been breakfast and avoiding cereal for breakfast, I’m hoping this Banana Breakfast Smoothie can help me get in the right direction!
