Today, I have the opportunity to share with you, what Bigelow Tea means to me. Did you know I love tea? Not just a little bit…a lot! I was actually featured as a Fan of the Month on Bigelow Tea too, that must mean I am slightly obsessed with tea! I guess maybe it’s that I live in the land of Sweet Tea! There really are not many places you can go in Oklahoma and not find tea!
When I was a kid my mom actually had to cut me off from tea because I drank way too much of it! We have pots and pans that my grandma recently gave me that are tea stained from the years she used them to make tea. It is just part of who we are as a family. We knew it as grandma’s tea and dad’s tea. Grandma’s tea was always MUCH sweeter than dad’s tea but they were equally delicious!
As I got older, I learned to love not only sweet tea but various flavored hot teas as well paired with delicious offerings like these Moravian Cookies.
I know it may sound a bit cooky, but I have mentioned it in the past that food and drinks immediately brings me back to memories.
Many family members came over this past December to enjoy Bigelow Tea and cookies as we welcomed our treasure into our family, my little girl. We have a family full of boys and she is the little princess in the bundle of boys. Our little girl brought us all together but we treasured the moments with a cup full of Bigelow Tea.
Since then, many mornings, afternoons, and evenings have been filled with Bigelow Tea. It is a wonderful pick me up on long days where balancing marriage, motherhood, and work can be exhausting. Who am I kidding though…it’s pretty much always exhausting. It’s doable though with a big glass of warm tea or sweet iced tea!
So to me, I associate Bigelow Tea with family, friends, fellowship, and new life. Bigelow Tea is simply part of our family culture.
Disclosure: I have partnered and worked with Bigelow Tea in the past. This post is part of a contest entry. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Oh I love the part about your grandma giving you her old tea pots! I too have a lot of good family memories with Bigelow tea. Also, tea is the best gift to give a new mother esp. nursing mothers. Love the photos.
