We are getting some warm days around here lately and with the warm days come grilling weather! What better way to start grilling season then with a juicy steak?!
I found these steaks on sale a few weeks back at our local grocery store and the price was so low I could not pass them up! Then, on top of that they were so HUGE! My husband and I were able to split the steaks giving us 4 dinners instead of just 2!
I’m a 4oz steak girl, so having a steak that is nearly as big as my plate is a little much, but I’ll take it and save some for later! I love steak!
I’m going to go out and say these were by far the best steaks we have EVER made! They were absolutely delicious and so easy to prepare. I adapted the Grilled Rosemary Steak recipe from Cooking Light and coated the steaks with the seasoning in this recipe. Then, we simply grilled them up to perfection!
One bite and it was juicy and bursting with flavor. I was hooked…and we devoured them!
On the original recipe it says to refrigerate the seasonings for an hour but we went ahead and coated our steak with it immediately. I thought the taste was fantastic, so it’s up to you on if you want to refrigerate it or not.
Now, if I wasn’t ready enough for grilling season, I am now!
Enjoy!
