Spiced Peach-Mango Greek Yogurt Pops
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Chopped Ripe Mango
- 1 1/2 Cups Non Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Peach Nectar
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Cardamon
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp Ground All Spice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Pour into individual Popsicle molds.
- Freeze the molds for 30 minutes, remove and insert Popsicle sticks.
- Return to freezer and keep there until solid. (approximately 6 hours)
- Note: Kelly sets her Perfect Temp Drawer to 30*.
