How is your menu planning this year going? Have you ever started? It’s never too late to get started on a menu plan.
I have to say that I do one every single week, but just like everyone else, I do fall off the wagon too. It’s typically around Thursday when I get tired and we go out to eat!
It’s a good break and then I get back on the bandwagon. My weekends are typically full of cooking.
Now as we head into spring though, I’m so anxious to start grilling and just eating outside and enjoying the fresh air. I say that but my allergies are killing me right now. Spring in Oklahoma is something that I’ve never really enjoyed in terms of my allergies.
I try to just deal with it though because I do love sitting outside and enjoy the fresh air, I just regret it later when I can’t stop sneezing. Minor detail, right?
I have been rotating my menu plans lately between using the air fryer and also the grill. I’ll let you in on a little secret, I’m working on a new website right now called Air Fryer Fanatics!
I am so excited about this. Do you ever go through dry seasons? I really feel like that’s where I have been lately but this new website just gives me so much excitement, plus I love my air fryer. So it’s a place to share recipes too just for that!
