It’s the first FULL week of summer for us, YAY! I’m pretty excited but it’s also our adjustment week. It’s an adjustment trying to work with my kids here while also planning activities for us to do, plus having them both here at the same time too. My daughter usually has a few days without her brother being here, so it causes quite the conflict when they are both home. I’m sure you know what I mean! That means a few easy meals are on our menu to get us started on this summer break.
