The countdown is officially on to the holiday season, have you started your holiday shopping yet? I have started list on Amazon to purchase, but that’s about as much as I have done. The great thing is all I have to do is click ‘buy’ and instantly they appear on my doorstep. It’s amazing how easy shopping is these days. It’s time to eat right though with Roasted Greek Potatoes & Gyro Sliders.
In the midst of the busy seasons ahead, we have nearly every weekend full and the weeknights are just as booked. That means that for the most part, we need quick and easy meals. One way to do just that plus have some variety is with Sandwich Bros. of WI and their Gyro Sliders.
The Gyro Sliders are a delicious herb seasoned burger that is topped with a creamy, yogurt cheese. It’s then stuffed inside a pita bread pocket. I love that we can serve these to the kids and they are literally the perfect size. My husband likes to eat two of them, but again still a perfect dinner choice in a busy season. I always like to pair a little homemade with frozen food, so I decided to make Roasted Greek Potatoes.
Roasted Greek Potatoes are absolutely delicious with flavors like Oregano, Garlic, and Lemon. Then, I decided to top the potatoes with a sprinkle of Feta Cheese. The flavors complimented the Gyro Sliders, plus made for a delicious dinner.
Once we had dinner done it was time for our next holiday activity. We have a month full of parties and get togethers. I’m honestly having trouble remembering which school to be at and which Harvest Party is next. In just a few weeks, we’ll soon be decorating for Christmas and another slew of events will be upon us. Tis’ the season, right?
Luckily, dinner does not have to take a backseat because it can be made both simple and delicious with these Roasted Greek Potatoes & Gyro Sliders!
Enjoy!
