Large Baking Potatoes
Sliced & Quartered

Lemons
Juiced

Cup
Water

Tbsp
Olive Oil

Cloves
Garlic
Crushed

Tbsp
Oregano
1/2
Tbsp
Rosemary
Dash of Salt
Feta Cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400*.
Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Place potatoes on the baking sheet evenly.
Combine the lemon juice, water, olive oil, garlic, oregano, rosemary, and salt in large mixing cup or bowl.
Pour about 3/4 of the mixture on top of the potatoes.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Carefully remove and mix up potatoes, pour the remaining mixture on top evenly.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Top with Feta Cheese when ready to serve.
