Make these Ninja Foodi Little Smokies in MINUTES, packed with flavor and a great appetizer!
In just a few quick minutes, you can have the tastiest Little Smokies, also known as cocktail sausages, around. These are perfect for game day, an appetizer or to add to a meat and cheese tray.
We also like to add these to Air Fryer Pigs in a Blanket too for a great easy lunch!
What function do you use for your Ninja Foodi?
This recipe is going to be cooked using your pressure cooker function of the Ninja Foodi.
That means this recipe can also be made exactly the same way in the Instant Pot too.
In just 10 minutes, the sausages will be fully ready to serve, but remember that your machine does have to build up pressure first, so be sure to add about 5 minutes into planning for the pressure to build.
What are little smokies?
Little Smokies are the same thing as Cocktail Sausages. These are going to be small sausages, that is what makes them wonderful as an appetizer or meat tray.
Tips for Making Ninja Foodi Little Smokies:
This recipe is simple to make in your Ninja Foodi using the Pressure Cooker function.
These cocktail sausages are combined with Grape Jelly and Barbecue Sauce, which just makes them burst with a sweet and tangy flavor.
The combination of grape jelly and barbecue sauce creates a wonderful glaze for the sausages.
The Foodi provides high heat, which really enhances the smoky flavor of the sausages.
We do go ahead and add the water just so that it has enough liquid to fully come to pressure.
Do you serve these hot or cold?
These are best served hot right out of the Ninja Foodi. We use a slotted spoon to remove them and then you can add additional barbecue sauce if you prefer or eat them right as is!

Our Ninja Foodi doesn’t have a pressure cooker function. Could this recipe be done with air fryer or roasting pan?
It can be done in the air fryer function but the method would be different, follow a recipe similar to this one – https://bakeitwithlove.com/air-fryer-bbq-little-smokies/
