When I saw this post for White Chocolate Chip cookies, I was inspired to make some. I mean let’s be honest, look how delicious those look, who is not inspired to make some? Or well, at least eat them?!
Since one of my favorite ways to make cookies is with Cake Mix, I thought I’d try these the same way.

Instructions
- Servings: About 3 Dozen
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- Mix the applesauce, eggs, and oil, then slowly mix in the cake mix and the chocolate chips.

I used 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips when I made these that in the picture, 1 cup would definitely be better! These were good, but I love white chocolate, so for me the more the better!
Enjoy!!
