This week’s Friday Favorite is Ranch Breaded Pork Chops. I am getting pork chops now every month with a meat pack that we are now purchasing. This is one of of the first recipes I tried with these pork chops and will be one I continue to use! The breading gave the pork chops a nice crunch but it was a healthy breading.

I like dipping them in lemon pepper marinade (or basalmic dressing) and then into bread crumbs. I then pan fry them in light olive oil to crisp them up.

Crock pot smothered pork chops are a HUGE hit in my house!! Delicious, easy & makes it’s own gravy!!
Ingredients:
pork chops
cream of chicken soup
soup can of milk
bell peppers – cut in rings
onions – cut in rings
salt & pepper
Mix soup & milk together.
Lay pork chops in bottom of crock pot, lay pepper/onion rings on top, cover with some of soup mixture. Continue with pork chops always ending with pork chops covered with soup mixture.
Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
Remove pork chops & pour liquid to sauce pan. Add corn starch & heat until thickened to make gravy.
Add mash taters & veggie & you have a delicious easy supper!!
