This week’s Friday Favorite is Ranch Breaded Pork Chops. I am getting pork chops now every month with a meat pack that we are now purchasing. This is one of of the first recipes I tried with these pork chops and will be one I continue to use! The breading gave the pork chops a nice crunch but it was a healthy breading.
I am now on the search for more pork chop recipes to use this month. If you have a favorite, but sure to leave the link or recipe in the comments.

I like dipping them in lemon pepper marinade (or basalmic dressing) and then into bread crumbs. I then pan fry them in light olive oil to crisp them up.
