Traffic and road construction are a thing of my past.
Not for most though.
Not for my husband.
It’s 5:00 PM and you rush out your work building in hopes of getting home to see your family, then you hit rush hour traffic and it’s after 6:00 PM by the time you get home even later if you had to pick up kids from child care. Then, it’s another 30 minutes to an hour for dinner to get made and put on the table.
Homework? Bath time? Play time? How about no time?
That’s what I love about these tacos. They take ‘no time’ to make! It’s 5 ingredient tacos that can be prepped and on your table in less than 15 minutes with McCormick Seasonings!
All you need is FIVE ingredients including McCormick Taco Seasoning! Of course, you can always add additional toppings too like cheese or salsa if you want, but for the basis on five.
I have been trying hard to add meatless meals into our menu rotation and one way I do that is with Black Beans. I decided to use those in place of the meat in these tacos.
The key ingredient was the McCormick Taco Seasoning! I used the entire bag of seasoning and mixed it up with my rice to give that kick of taco goodness to our fiesta!
Don’t those look pretty? They tasted fabulous too! Even my husband loved them and he’s been hard to convert to meatless meal nights!
Pure goodness with McCormick Seasonings…you could even take it up a notch with some of their diced dried jalapeno!
Now this is the fun part!
Sounds like fun, right? Start pinning so you can win one of their kits! You want to win, trust me! Find more great ideas on the McCormick Pinterest Board!

Our family loves tacos but I don’t usually do them twice in one week, but I totally could if I used your vegetarian version one of the nights!
These are so quick and easy! That’s what I love about them!
Love the tip with the rice! It could be used for a tasty side dish any night! I have a few taco seasonings packets that might have found their purpose 🙂
I’m going to make these tonight. I’m unfortunatly out of taco seasoning, so I will have to improvise. There is a super easy mexican rice recipe I have that would go great with these.

for a 4 person family, I use 3/4 rice. and a full 1 cup of salsa along with 1 1/2 cup of chicken broth. I don’t add onions or anything. It is so good, so easy, and I’m sure would be awesome in these tacos!
