Make a delicious dinner in minutes with Air Fryer Broccoli & Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast using Barber Foods® Broccoli & Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast.
We all know that I love my air fryer by now, right? Did you know that one of the easiest things to make in the air fryer is frozen foods?
When I stopped in Walmart and saw Barber Foods Broccoli & Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast, I knew immediately that they would turn out great in the air fryer. I decided to pick up a few so that my husband could also take some for lunch too.
We are on the final stretch of school before heading into the summer season.
That means that yet again activities are starting to pick up as we head into recitals, graduations, and sporting events.
My daughter is nearing her kindergarten graduation and my son will soon be in his last year of elementary school.
I’m still trying to figure out how that happens, but I am realizing just how quick time flies by, especially once the kids are in school. I feel like it starts to speed up then; it’s a strange feeling for sure.
That also means that having a few days of quick and easy meals for dinner is a MUST!
I love that with this chicken, I don’t have to worry about thawing it out.
I can literally put it into the air fryer frozen and in 15 minutes, we have dinner ready to go on the table.
Does it get any easier than that?
Where can you find Barber Foods Broccoli & Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast?
It’s available at your local Walmart in the freezer section. It’ll likely be with the other chicken products and it’s on the top shelf.
Be sure to grab the fully cooked variety for this recipe.
It can also easily be added to your Walmart Grocery Pick Up Order. That happens to be my favorite way to purchase groceries.
Of course, while you are there I highly suggest picking up the Barber Foods Cordon Bleu Stuffed Chicken Breasts as well.
Each of these makes for a great quick and easy meal for lunch or dinner.
Each box contains 2 chicken breast, I have found that really 1 is a great serving size.
Of course, I’m sure my husband could eat both, but we try to stick to 1 each paired with a fresh caesar salad.
I keep lettuce ready to go for salads during the week so this is an easy side dish that we like to pair with many of our dinners, especially for a quick and easy meal.
What can you expect with Barber Foods Broccoli & Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast?
It has a great flavor profile and it’s easy-prep. The chicken is also raised with no hormones and it has a great combination of hand-stuffed ingredients.
The breading is nicely golden brown, which really adds to the overall flavor and appeal of the dish.
How do you make Air Fryer Broccoli & Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast?
It’s simple, just add the fully cooked chicken breast to the air fryer basket. Once it’s in the basket, heat for 15 minutes at 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once it’s done, the chicken will be nice and warm with some bubbling cheese ready to just melt in your mouth.
I have found that using the air fryer really gives it a nice texture. I prefer it over the microwave; however, when my husband takes these for lunch he is able to heat them in the microwave for just a few minutes and they are ready to eat.
It allows some versatility when preparing them depending on when you are planning to serve them.

How would cook the raw version of these?
I would do the raw version at 390* for 20 minutes and check it 1/2 way through cook time. Just be sure it’s at least 165 degrees internally.
Fyi… raw variety is only at 34° internal after 15 minutes at 390…. outside looks perfect, but inside not so much
That’s interesting, we’ve made these multiple times and the inside is fine. I’m using a Ninja Foodi for mine now before I used a Midea air fryer. This makes me wonder if it’s heating differently. How long did you end up cooking yours?
We do the raw for 15 minutes at 390 and have not had a single death!
So what if I unfreeze them what do I cook them at and how long. i have a ninja
I would try 10 minutes and check on them.
Trying them right now I’ll let you know how it turns out. I have them at 390 at 20 mins.
I tried the raw version in the Ninja Foodi Grill. You definitely need to cook these for about 20 minutes at 390 degrees. Check about half way.
Are you cooking all four breasts together? Will the cooking time be the same for one or two breasts?
I did 2 at a time, if you are cooking them from raw…they need to be at least 165*F, so check the internal temp and add more time if they are not fully cooked. I’d think the cook time for 1 will likely still be the same.
From frozen. Cooked 1 at 390 20 min. In Chefman basket. Perfect. Crisp on outside. Cheesy inside. Sprayed with olive oil before cooking.
I always do 400 for 15 and comes out great.
15 min and still frozen in the middle
Perfect!
