Every now and then I actually have time to read a magazine.
Surprising, isn’t it?
It’s rare that I have a few minutes to rest and read, but I was recently able to and landed on this delicious recipe for Three-Berry Focaccia in Parents Magazine.
I won’t lie, most recipes I see in magazines look so complicated that if I do decide to make one it’s completely different than the original recipe. This one though looked simple and delicious.
It just happened that I had a stash of berries in my freezer, so I thought this would be the perfect afternoon treat for my family!
I also used a gluten free pizza crust for this recipe as well, which worked out perfectly! Not to mention adding freshly picked blackberries from our backyard was a great bonus!
I really never thought to add berries to a pizza crust and eat it like this but honestly it was delicious. It would be great paired along side my fruit dip too!
It’s always a win though when my son kept coming back asking for more!
Enjoy!

Saw this on Pinterest and looks cute but just a tip– you might want to call it a pizza. Focaccia is something completely different then what you’ve got here. Take care!
I went off the name of the recipe and ingredients as it is in the magazine, so that’s where the title comes from.
This looks so much yummier than something that would go on a pizza crust. I don’t have any berries in the house right now but this makes me want to go out and get them. I also agree that recipes in magazines always look beautiful but they are often just a little more complicated than I am willing to put into a recipe 🙂
Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gavee it to my 4 year old daughter andd said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.”
She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants too go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but
I had to tell someone!
