This past week I tried The Laughing Cow Spaghetti Pie, using the French Onion cheese spread. I am in love with this spread, not only is it great in this recipe but also on sandwiches!
I ended up making this Spaghetti Pie to take to a family at my church, as I was making it I realized that it serves 12 and I was taking it to a family of 2. What do you do when this happens? You freeze one!
This is my favorite way to do freezer cooking and really one of the few ways I do it since I cook all the time for this website. Once I completed making the meal and preparing it to put in the oven, I split it in 1/2. I took half of it and put it in the oven to bake, then I froze the other half so that I either had a meal to take to another family or one for my own.
If you do freezer cooking, this is the perfect recipe to do this with. It reheats well, all you would need to do is reheat it at 375* for 15-30 minutes until it’s heated through and the cheese has melted.
For those of you like me that need it to be gluten free, it’s simple to just use a different pasta and then follow the same recipe!

Enjoy!

Looks and sounds yummy! I love this flavor Laughing Cow! I melt it over my cauliflower and broccoli for an added punch of flavor. I also love stuffing it in the middle of my turkey burgers before cooking! So delicious.
I’ve been eating it on sandwiches too, so tasty!
Can’t find this stuff where I live in Ontario, Canada. Fortunately for me, my folks live in Philly…so they can bring me some 😉
