Does anyone else find it ironic that we spend the last couple months of the year doing nothing but eating not so healthy foods? Then we feel like we have to eat nothing but healthy foods the following two months to make up for it?
Guilty as charged. That just means it’s time to talk healthy foods, like salad!
Today, I’m sharing a list of some of my favorite salads. I could eat just about each one of these on a daily basis. I’m a meat on my salad girl, so it has to have bacon or some type of meat for me. I like to make my salads more of a meal or a side with a light sandwich.
