This past week I was able to give myself the morning off and have an easy breakfast with Udi’s Pumpkin Muffins and their latest fall flavors! I was pretty excited when I received a package with their latest Pumpkin Muffins and their Ginger Cookies. It was the perfect treat to my day.
The majority of the time I am cooking from scratch especially since going gluten free a few years ago. Those moments when you can just take a break and enjoy something that you actually didn’t have to make yourself…it’s kind of nice! I know for me Udi’s has been a blessing and allowed me to have the same great taste even being gluten free for many breads and baked goods.
Knowing my love of pumpkin, the pumpkin muffins were clearly a hit for me! They are moist, pumpkin filled deliciousness all in muffin form! I paired them with a cup of tea for breakfast and had a little morning treat. I also noticed they are carrying Harvest Crunch Muffins too for the fall! Those are next on my list to try, have you tried them?
Then, the cookies. Oh the love of my heart…the cookies. I am a cookie fanatic. My son is too. As soon as he saw the cookies, he was trying to pry it open before I could even get to them. He ate one and was immediately asking for another one. These are so soft and chewy! They are full of ginger taste, which is perfect for the fall. These would pair great with milk or coffee too.
There is nothing wrong with treating myself to a pumpkin muffin and a cookie for breakfast, right?

I just wanted to thank you for the gluten free options you have on your recipes. We just found out a few months ago that our 2 year old grandson has celiac disease so I have been trying to find good gluten free recipes for when he visits. What a nice surprise it was when looking at one of the emails I get from you when I notices the gluten free option! Thank you so much! It’s makes this grandma a happy baker!
