Mommy Snack Time – #DelMonte Peaches with Cinnamon and Brown Sugar

This past week I tried the new product by Del Monte, Diced Peaches with Cinnamon and Brown Sugar, along with trying out the product I also took a mommy break!  The particular day I took my mommy break, I had just finished cleaning the house, doing the laundry, emptying dishes, and bagging leaves out front with my husband.  It was a long day and I thought I’d take my little break right before starting dinner.  Mom’s…we deserve breaks too!

I picked up 1 of 4 cups that come in the package and took a few bites before heading to the table with my magazine.

A few quick bites and I knew I was hooked!  I rarely eat fruit as I’m allergic to much of it; however, peaches are a rare exception.  My husband was playing with the camera and took a few quick shots of me trying out the new product.  Then, he put the camera down and what happened?

My fruit cup was GONE!  He ate the entire thing…then, he kept saying this is like ‘nectar to my tongue’…what?  At this point, I decided he had lost it completely.  He kept telling me, ‘Why Didn’t I think of this?’

I decided at this point, that he was long since gone and I was lucky to get a bite.  I grabbed another fruit cup so that I could sit down and eat one in peace with my magazine.

Later that evening I caught my husband, he ate all the remaining fruit cups and insisted that we go get some more! It’s a safe bet to say that this family has been won over by the latest Del Monte fruit cups especially my husband.  He’s their new biggest fan!

In the end it was nice to get a few minutes to sit down, have a snack, and catch up on reading a magazine.  The break lasted a few short minutes then it was back to cooking dinner!
