It’s almost time for Mardi Gras! Mardi Gras, meaning ‘Fat Tuesday’, signifies the end of the carnival season, and is always the Tuesday before Ash Wednesday. The colors of Mardi Gras also have significance, purple means justice, gold stands for power, and green for faith. Do you celebrate Mardi Gras?
My family does not typically celebrate Mardi Gras; however I thought I would get festive this morning and create Mardi Gras pancakes.
Mardi Gras Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Baking Mix
- 1 1/3 Cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbsp Applesauce
- 1/2 Cup Mashed Banana
- Food Coloring
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Begin by mixing the milk, egg, applesauce, and bananas while whisking in the baking mix.
- Once the batter is mixed pour the batter into 3 separate bowls in 1/3?s. I made a bowl for green pancakes, purple pancakes, and then instead of gold or yellow I left one bowl without food coloring. I poured in sprinkles to coordinate with the colors as well.
- Then, in a skillet set on medium heat begin pouring 1/4 cupfuls. You will want to cook these on one side until it begins to bubble then flip and cook on the other side. This recipe made 8 pancakes.

Is it simply me or does it look as if like a few of these remarks appear like left by brain dead
folks? 😛 And, if you are posting on other online sites, I would like to follow anything fresh you have to post.
Could you list of the complete urls of all your communal sites like

I’ve been surfing online more than three hours nowadays, but I never found any interesting article like yours.
It is lovely worth enough for me. Personally, if all
website owners and bloggers made good content as you probably did, the web will probably be much more helpful
than ever before.
You need to be a part of a contest for one of the highest quality websites on the internet.
I will recommend this web site!
Admiring the dedication you put into your website and in depth information
you present. It’s awesome to come across a blog every once in a while that isn’t the same
unwanted rehashed information. Great read! I’ve saved your
