Throughout browsing blogs one day I landed on these Petite Lasagnas. They looked absolutely delicious and kid friendly! I decided to make a bit of an adapted version of them. I made them using a jar of spaghetti sauce, 1 lb of ground beef cooked and drained, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. I did use the Wonton Wrappers, yes, I had never used these before and now it’s my new found love!
I placed the wonton wrappers in a sprayed muffin tin. I placed two wrappers in the bottom of the tin, then I filled them with ground beef and a little bit of cheese, next I placed another wonton wrapper on top of the cheese. I put about a tablespoon of spaghetti sauce with more cheese on top and baked these in the oven.
I followed the same cooking method as the Petite Lasagnas, I simply changed the ingredients just a bit. I baked them on 375* for 10 minutes, then let them cool.
I needed something to whip up fast and this did just the trick.
Enjoy!
