As we enter into the new year, many of us are putting that 4 letter word on our resolution list…DIET!
As part of my goals this year, I am going to try to put the nutritional information on many of the recipes. The reason it is not always there is simply because it takes a lot of time to get the nutritional information and it is not always completely accurate since I am not in your kitchen making the recipe with you. That being said, I am still going to try to add it to my recipes over the course of the year. If you do not see it on one of the recipes feel free to use My Fitness Pal and enter in the ingredients and you will be able to calculate it.
Each Friday I have been posting a Healthy Remix with either a suggestion of how to make the dish more healthy or a dish that is already healthy. Today, I thought I would round those up to have them all in one place.
These are all of the recipes from the Healthy Remix post; however, look for many more healthy recipes to come as well as nutritional information.
