This week’s Healthy Remix is Meatball Subs. I chose this one because these are loved by many and very easy to make for holiday gatherings this weekend.
To make this a healthier meal simply substitute ground beef meatballs for ground chicken or ground turkey. If you are using the Tangy Meatball recipe then substitute 2 whole eggs for 4 egg whites. This will reduce the cholesterol tremendously.
