7 Delicious Salads & Grilled Romaine Fruit Salad

Grilled Romaine Fruit Salad

It’s time!  We are wrapping up our gardening season as our garden is on its last push before fall hits.  We are freezing tomatoes, okra, beans, squash, cucumbers, and peppers to stock up our freezer for winter!

Sadly though my spaghetti squash and lettuce did not turn out so well for us this year.  We’ll be trying that again next year with a little more researching on spaghetti squash too!

Now although our lettuce didn’t turn out, we have still been enjoying delicious salads this season!

I’ve mentioned several times this summer how much we love Grilled Romaine Salads!  Seriously…I can hardly eat it any other way now.

I love that when I make grilled romaine, I can drizzle a little olive oil and garlic on it and then grill it up.  After it’s grilled, we simply add some of our favorite toppings then we cut it up and serve.  The best part for me?

No dressing required!

I can eat it with just the olive oil and garlic and it’s melt in your mouth good!

Today, I thought I would share with you yet another way to enjoy this delicious grilled romaine with Fruit!  There is really no recipe needed, all you do is grill your romaine just as we did from this Grilled Romaine Salad and then top it with your favorite fruits!  This is the perfect way to use up some hard boiled eggs, nuts, crumbled cheese, and fruits!

We also added chicken to ours as well!  We served this Grilled Romaine Fruit Salad along side grilled cheese for a delicious easy dinner!
