This is the time of year where most of us start thinking about changes to our diet, right? Well, I have to admit I’ve had some frustration as I’ve watched many commit to these changes but then immediately talk about when they can have milkshakes and junk food again. The changes I have made to my diet, I plan to continue for the long haul.
