A few weeks back I was ask to try out Dreamfields Pasta that is a low carb pasta. I was a bit skeptical at first because when I was pregnant with my son, I had gestational diabetes and low carbs were a must but I could never find a pasta that I liked. Each low carb pasta I tried tasted much like cardboard.
The day I made this I was initially going to make pasta, then my husband wanted chili so we ended up with 3 Way Chili using Dreamfields Angel Hair pasta. I was so thrilled with how this pasta tasted. It was truly better than the regular carb pastas that I have used. The noodles were soft and tasty, low carb pasta has come a long way from what I remember it as!
I am still supposed to be on a low carb diet; although, I’m not as hard on myself as I once was. This pasta is going on my list to buy for pasta dishes from now on. It’s low carb and tasty, perfect combination!
