Get ready for a delicious, quick and easy dinner with this Crispy Chicken Pomodoro.
Do you ever see products that you wish were around during a particular season of life? I feel that way with a wide variety of baby products that were not around when my kids were babies, now I see things that have come out and wish we had that when they were babies. It’s basically the same way for me with foods, such as Tyson® Dinner and Entrée Kits.
Back when my husband and I were first married, he did most of the cooking. I worked until about 8pm, so when I got off, I was hungry but it was also too late to be cooking dinner. That meant he had dinner typically cooked and ready when I got off.
I’ll admit though, he is a really good cook. Honestly, that’s what started this entire website too. Once his work schedule changed, I was on cooking duty and many years ago, I was simply teaching myself to cook. It’s funny to see how far I’ve come over the years.
Back then, we ALWAYS had leftovers because every recipe seemed to be for at least 4 people and it was just the 2 of us. Now, it’s possible to find these fabulous Tyson dinner kits that are perfect for 2 at Target.
My husband would have been all set if these were available back when he was in charge of dinner.
I decided to pick up the Tyson Dinner Kit –Crispy Chicken Pomodoro to test out with the family. Be sure to head to Target to get yours and use this Cartwheel offer for $2 off from 8/1/18-8/30/18! We located these in the freezer section near the other Tyson chicken products; they were easy to spot with the bright packaging.
This literally took me less than 30 minutes to prepare. It’s simple, plus everything you will need is right in the kit. Did I mention it smells amazing too? These make a great weeknight meal especially during a busy season.
Tyson Dinner and Entrée Kits are served with both a protein and vegetables, plus they are perfectly portioned and then frozen at the peak of freshness. There are no artificial flavors, plus there is a wide variety of options too.
My husband was so impressed with the Tyson Dinner Kit –Crispy Chicken Pomodoro that I plan to try out the Tyson Dinner Kit – Lemon Parmesan Chicken too. They even have steak options as well.
The packaging prevents freezer burn too, which is a huge benefit. When you are ready to serve, simply follow the instructions on the package and you will be all set.
Cooking the Tyson Dinner Kit – Crispy Chicken Pomodoro simply consisted of putting the chicken on a baking sheet and baking it for about 18 minutes. While it was in the oven, I prepared the green beans and sauce. In just about 20 minutes, dinner was served and that wonderful smell lingered through the air too.
Now, as you get ready to head back to school or maybe it’s just getting back into the routine after summer, be sure to stop in Target and grab a few of the Tyson Dinner and Entrée Kits. Of course, remember to check out the Cartwheel digital offer for $2 off from 8/1/18-8/30/18.
I highly suggest stocking up the freezer because we all know busy nights happen and this is a great way to be able to have dinner ready to go without having to make any special trips back to the store.
What are some of your go-to meals on a busy weeknight? Have you tried out the NEW Tyson Dinner and Entrée Kits?
Enjoy this delicious dinner!
