Make lunch time delicious with this Chicken Chow Mein with Tai Pei Foods.
In years past, it was a rarity to sit down and actually eat my lunch because I almost always had a toddler at home that was typically needing my attention. Of course, they did eventually take a nap and I did get a quick lunch but I have always needed a lunch on the go or at least something that can be prepared quickly. I’m sure most of are all the same in that area. My husband is a truck driver and he needs lunch on the go as well, which makes these Tai Pei Entrees perfect to meet our needs.
Tai Pei offers single serve entrees that are available at Walmart in the frozen foods section. They feature delicious Asian inspired frozen meals made with real, quality ingredients. That means there is none of that pesky bad stuff! They are filled with flavor and real, pure ingredients.
These entrees come in several varieties, I decided to make my husband the Chicken Chow Mein, which he was certainly happy with. The entrees feature infused rice that is perfect for flavor. The benefit with these is that they are easy to heat up right in the packaging and you can eat it right out of it too. I love to add my frozen foods to a nice bowl, but for my husband it’s necessary for him to have a good package he can eat it out of too since he’s on the road.
These entrees are a great way to kick the boredom that lunch can sometimes bring. I mean we can only eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches so many days in a row, right? I remember for my dad growing up it was bologna sandwiches. He ate them all the time for lunch.
Nowadays, there are fabulous options like these Tai Pei single serve options that can easily add a little something extra to your lunch routine!
Have you tried any of these yet? What is your favorite? My husband loved the Chicken Chow Mein, but the Beef & Broccoli was certainly at the top of his list too!
Be sure to find Tai Pei® at your local Walmart.
Enjoy!

It’s tasty for sure, but… Did you notice where they’re cheating the consumer out of 2 ounces? They used to come in 12-oz Chinese take-out containers. Now they’re in 10-oz oval Ben & Jerry-like containers. Wish they’d have just charged more for the 12 ounces rather than try and pull a fast one on the public by switching containers in the hopes that no one would notice the absence of two ounces. I noticed. Also wish there was more than 4 small pieces of chicken & 1!broccoli chunk.
It’s like when tuna cans went from 8 to 5 ounces without any mention by tuna companies. Probably have to eventually buy 2 cans of tuna to make 1 sandwich that isn’t totally bread. They just downsized toilet tissue as well with my fave brand–Quilted Northern–and Charming. I would rather pay a bit more for the original amount. I wish there was some truth in advertising instead of sneaky marketing tactics.
