Tips for Making Grinch Snack Mix:
The first step is to make the Grinch Puppy Chow.
Using a microwave-safe bowl, melt the green candy melts for a minute, stir, and continue to heat until they are completely smooth. Once the candy melts are melted chocolate and smooth pour over the cereal and coat well.
Use a plastic bag such as a Ziploc bag to pour the cereal mixture in and then add the powdered sugar. The bag needs to be sealed and then shaken until all of the cereal is completely coated.
This can be set aside while making the Pretzel Bites. Once the Pretzel Bites and Puppy Chow are made, they can both be added to a large bowl or large-rimmed cookie sheet.
This snack mix can be added to mason jars as a fun gift idea, perfect for a holiday movie night or Christmas party.
