Are you in a bind trying to find affordable meals for your family? I know even with a cooking blog, I still find myself in that same bind from time to time. That is why I am in love with my friend, Jessica Fisher’s, new cookbook, Good Cheap Eats.
This cookbook is inspired by her own blog, Good Cheap Eats. This cookbook is packed full with 200 recipes that will feed a family of 4 for $10 or less. That’s right, $10 or less and enough recipes to last you years!
One of the first things I love about this book is that they are EASY recipes, it’s not ingredients that are unheard of, it includes ingredients you will find right in your own kitchen. She also fills it up with money-saving tips for cutting the grocery budget as well. I will say I need all of those that I can get.
My husband and I frequently talk about how much money we would save if we didn’t have to eat due to our rising grocery bill. Our bill is just out of hand and for the most part it is because we keep impulse buying at the store, which I know better. I don’t know what has happened over the past year but I need to get back on track, and I am looking forward to using many of her tips!
If you are ready to check out her book, be sure to read a sample first. Then, head to Amazon to pick up your own copy!
Happy Cooking!
