I hope you all had a Merry Christmas! I am sure many of you are still celebrating. I have a recipe to share with you though that may be perfect for your New Year’s Party! One of my favorite sauces that I have shared in the past is the Tangy Sauce that was used on Toni’s Tangy Meatballs.
I have used it many times over a variety of meats, this time…wings!
This dish is so simple, all you do is premake the sauce then toss the wings in the slow cooker along with the sauce. Then, all you need to do is let them cook for about 8 hours and they come out beautiful, tangy, and delicious! Not only that but they fall off the bone, which I happen to love.
These make for the perfect recipe for upcoming parties as you can keep them on warm while guest enjoy them. I love serving a variety of wings for the holiday parties such as buffalo wings or sticky bbq wings.
Do you have wings at your New Year’s Eve parties? Or New Year’s Day? We tend to be early to bed in our family, so we do more celebrating during the day on New Year’s Day than we do New Year’s Eve. What can I say…I’m just worn out after a busy Christmas week! That makes the idea of my slow cooker doing the work even better.
