Get ready for a delicious meal with Slow Cooker Maple Honey Ribs!
Ribs speak to me. They just do. Up until I had met my husband, I don’t believe I really had even tried ribs before. I just assumed I wouldn’t like them.
What do you need for Slow Cooker Maple Honey Ribs?
- Country Style Ribs
- Honey BBQ Sauce
- Maple Syrup
- Sweet Onion
- Parsley
The first time I had country style ribs was at a cookout with my husband’s family. It was love at first bite. They were so juicy and delicious. His family knows cooking…they are all great cooks and make some amazing country foods!
As soon as I had them, I decided to start buying them occasionally for us to grill at home too. Of course, sometimes I just do not have time to grill them so my slow cooker is the next best option.
These ribs fall apart after being in the slow cooker all day, makes it easy to eat and perfect paired with a big baked potato!
This is actually one of those meals my kids love too, because the meat falls off the bone.
Do you prefer country style ribs or regular ribs with bones? I just love the country style, certainly a favorite!
Should you have pork country style ribs or beef country style ribs?
The next question is do you want pork or beef? My husband prefers pork, so we usually opt for that!
Are you ready for dinner time? Eat up!

Hi, Kristy!
I totally had no idea you could do ribs in a slow cooker and have them come out so lovely! I was a firm believer in ‘grill or nothing’, but after trying this recipe last weekend in my new crockpot, I’ve been enlightened! Thanks for sharing!
I would like to include your recipe in my latest blog on Autumn crockpot meals. Would you mind? Full credit to you and your site, of course.
Thanks! 🙂
Yes that’s fine. I’m glad you like it.
