Brussels Sprouts

Diced Sweet Onion

Cooked and Crumbled Bacon

Italian Seasoning

Garlic Salt or to Taste
Instructions
Preheat the grill to 225°F.
Using a 12-inch cast iron skillet, add 1/2 Tbsp oil to the bottom of the pan and swirl the skillet around to coat it with the oil.
Clean and half the Brussels sprouts and add them to the pan along with the diced onion.
Add in the cooked bacon and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic salt.
Mix in the additional oil.
Place the cast iron dish on the pellet grill and smoke at 225°F for 1 hour. Stir at least once throughout the cooking time.
Stir again before serving.
Serve.
Notes
A 10-inch skillet can also be used. This can be done in an aluminum pan as well, any dish will work as long as it's grill-safe.
